Start with your final guest count, then adjust. You don’t necessarily need one per head: couples split on this, and the right number depends on how you’ll hand them out. If favors go one-per-person at each place setting, match your headcount. If they go one-per-couple or one-per-family, you can order fewer. Here’s a quick way to think about it.

• One per guest: order your headcount plus 10–15 spares for last-minute additions and keepsakes.
• One per couple or family: order roughly 55–65% of your headcount.
• Favor-plus-display: a few extra for a welcome-table display, the getaway car, or the photo booth.

Because the MOQ is 100, small and mid-size weddings simply order the minimum and enjoy the spares — extras make lovely thank-you gifts for vendors and out-of-town guests, and the balls store flat until you need them.

It’s worth deciding on the ball size early, too: a standard 16-inch reads well as both a favor and a photo prop, while a mini suits a place setting and a jumbo makes a statement on the welcome table.
