Return Policy

All sales are final. Because every beach ball is custom-printed and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Our production guarantee

If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return — contact us promptly with photos so we can make it right.

Why we work this way

The free-mockup approval step exists precisely so you can confirm every detail — artwork, colors, size, and quantity — before production begins. Once you approve, we print to that exact specification, which is why custom beach balls cannot be returned.
