What’s the minimum order?

Our standard minimum is 100 beach balls per design for full-color printing. Smaller keepsake or sample runs can be quoted case by case — just ask.

Is there a maximum order size?

No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands — 50,000+ balls — for national promotions and large brand campaigns.

Can I order a sample before a bulk run?

Yes. We can provide a pre-production proof or sample so you can see and feel the actual printed ball before committing to the full quantity.

Can I mix beach ball styles in one order?

Yes. Combine styles — Classic 6-Panel, Jumbo, Mini Promo, Glow-in-the-Dark, Clear/Transparent, and Custom-Panel Photo — in one order to reach better volume pricing.

Can I reorder later and match my last batch?

Yes. We keep your approved artwork and specs on file so reorders come back identical, whether it’s weeks or months later.

Do you charge for mockups?

No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once the design is locked and production begins.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal. No vector? Send a photo, screenshot, or PNG and our designers will rebuild it print-ready for free.

I don’t have a logo — can you help?

Yes. Our designers can build print-ready artwork from a reference, a rough idea, or an existing sign, flyer, or invitation.

Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?

Yes. We offer custom color matching, including Pantone references, so your balls match the rest of your branding.

Can you personalize each ball individually?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names, dates, or numbers and we can individually personalize balls — ideal for wedding parties, teams, and group gifts.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

How long does production take?

Typically 2–3 weeks from approved mockup. Timelines vary with quantity and season.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. Rush is available for firm deadlines — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Where do you ship?

Nationwide across the US. Ask us about international shipping if you’re outside the country.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, ball sizes, and destination.

Can you ship to multiple locations?

Yes. Provide a distribution list and we’ll split the shipment across your locations.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We make it right. If items arrive defective or don’t match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected units.

How much do custom beach balls cost?

Pricing is by quote and depends on quantity, size, style, and artwork. Typical per-unit ranges are shown on each product page.

Why don’t you list exact prices?

Because the accurate number depends on your specific quantity, ball style, and print. A quote gives you the real price, not a guess.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, and ACH or purchase orders for established businesses and organizations.

Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?

Yes. If you have a comparable quote elsewhere, tell us — we aim to beat it.

What colors and finishes are available?

Classic Multicolor, Red, Royal Blue, Aqua, Sunshine Yellow, Coral, Mint Green, White, Clear/Transparent, and Glow-in-the-Dark. We’ll recommend what suits your artwork.

Is the print permanent and durable in sun and water?

Yes. It’s a cured full-color print, not a stick-on label. Colors stay vivid through sun, sand, saltwater, and a full day of play.

What are the beach balls made of?

Durable, phthalate-free PVC vinyl — built to hold air trip after trip and safe for all ages.

How do I care for and clean the balls?

Wipe with mild soap and water, rinse off sand or saltwater, and let air-dry. Deflate and store away from sharp objects and direct heat between uses.
